Living Digitally Well: Latest Developments!

As was stated in our first email to you this year, it's indeed our year of Living Digitally Well!

We mentioned some projects we have lined up for you to help ensure that you are living digitally well, some of which are listed in our design below:

As we mentioned in our last two emails to you, we have activated two of the projects: our upcoming book release, which is now available here, and our Digital Wellness Instagram Page.

We also have a free training we don't want you to miss out on:

This training is important because people now spend on average 40% of their waking hours on the internet. Did you know that? That’s about 100 days (in 365) of their lives in a year on their devices.

Despite people experiencing struggles with navigating their tech usage and overall wellness, there is a lack of awareness about what living digitally well means.

To improve this, I'm offering a free 30-minute digital wellness introduction for groups of 10+ people from Feb 5th to 22nd. Fill out this form if you run or have a group you would want me to speak with.

I'll also be hosting a free 2-hour Q&A on Feb 23rd to answer any questions about living digitally well.
